I took this one besides the nature center at River Legacy Park in North Arlington.

However, I found a better place for Bluebonnet photos along I-20 just before 420.

I’m new at learning this bokeh. I noticed most is shot with f/2.5. My question: is this done in the A or M mode?

    Thanks, Tatum

I use the “A” mode (aka Aperture Priority mode) quite a bit, so my guess is that this photo was taken in the “A” mode. Basically, the bigger your aperture (small numeric value for “A”) the more ‘bokeh’ you can achieve due to a more shallow depth of field.

The great thing about digital cameras, you can experiment with this very easily and instantly see the results! Give it a try!
